Once again this year, Eramet is listed as one of the 250 most responsible companies in France by Le Point and Statista, and enters the top 20 in the “Social” category.

Eramet’s CSR performance was recognized again this year by Le Point and Statistain the “Social” category, Eramet is part of the top 20 for the first time, and is 80th out of 250 in the overall ranking of the most responsible companies in terms of ESG (Environment, Social, Governance).

This ranking, published for the first time in 2020, honors the 250 most responsible companies in France out of 2,000 companies with more than 500 employees. It is a joint initiative between the Statista Institute, a German data and statistics provider, and French weekly news magazine Le Point.

The criteria evaluated for this ranking include environmental approach, social commitment and governance. Among the criteria assessed in the “Social” category, which Eramet has entered this year, are the number of training hours, safety, turnover, equal pay, disability and social projects.

Eramet’s social performance at a glance:

  • 72 nationalities spread over 21 countries on 5 continents
  • Women managers x2 since 2017 with 26% women managers in 2022
  • Accident frequency rate of 1.1, among the best in the industry
  • 76% of the workforce received training in 2021

This ranking is the result of extensive work carried out throughout the Group over the past four years to achieve the thirteen objectives defined in its 2023 CSR Roadmap â€“ a progress initiative in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
