For the second year in a row, the Group has retained its ranking in the 2nd edition of the list of the 250 most responsible companies in France.

Eramet’s CSR performance was once again recognised by Le Point and Statista: in the “Construction materials and heavy industry” category, Eramet was ranked 4th in the top 5, as it was last year.

In addition, the Group moved up five places to 78th in the top 250 companies in the “2022 Socially Responsible Companies” ranking.

This ranking, published for the first time in 2020, honors the 250 most responsible companies in France, from fifteen different sectors. It is a joint initiative between the Statista Institute, a German data and statistics provider, and Le Point magazine.

The criteria evaluated for this ranking include the environmental approach (actions taken to reduce CO2 emissions and energy consumption, and the use of renewable energies), social commitment (time dedicated to training, safety statistics, staff turnover) and governance (gender diversity within the board of directors, financial performance, innovation).

This award recognizes the extensive work carried out throughout the Group over the past three years to achieve the thirteen objectives defined in its 2023 CSR Roadmap – a progress initiative in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This ranking is therefore a mark of recognition for Eramet, which aims to become a reference in the responsible transformation of the Earth’s mineral resources for living well together, as stated in its corporate purpose, which was written into its statutes this year.
