On October 8, Christel Bories, Chairman and CEO of the Eramet Groupe, was awarded the 2018 “100 Days Award”, in the Large Groupes category. In a video interview, she talks about her first actions at the head of Eramet.
By appointing Christel Bories, Chairman and CEO of Eramet since February 2017, the jury of the “100 Days Award” has highlighted the speed and scale of her action to reverse the trend and generate a 22% increase of the Groupe’s turnover.
This award rewards leaders who have been appointed for less than 2 years and who have implemented major transformation projects quickly and successfully in the months following their takeover.
During the award ceremony, Christel Bories highlighted the collective dimension of this award: “This prize belongs to Eramet’s 12,000 employees: it embodies our common ambition. Thanks to it, the Groupe has found the path of growth, a new dynamic and a new energy “.
