ERAMET’s Board of Directors appointed Mrs Christel Bories Deputy CEO on February 23rd, 2017. She will then be proposed as the successor to Mr Patrick Buffet as ERAMET’s Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at the conclusion of the General Meeting on May 23rd, 2017.
Patrick Buffet has led ERAMET for more than 10 years, successively going through a strong development phase then, more recently, the very serious crisis in the raw materials sector. Starting 2017, as 2016 results demonstrate the Groupe’s recovery , the Board of Directors decided to open a new chapter in the Groupe’s development with Christel Bories’ appointment. Her mission is to start a new growth cycle for ERAMET.
Christel Bories has a recognised on the ground experience in industry and metals sectors. Throughout her career, she has faced major transformation challenges, in complex and rapidly-changing environments. (Read her biography opposite)
