Capital expenditure : UKAD to be based in Auvergne

UKAD’s role will be to manufacture and sell titanium products for the aerospace market (landing gear, wings, fuselage, etc.).

The unit will be built in 2009 and 2010 and should start production in September 2011.

This 47M€ project has won the support of Airbus and EADS with a contract signed guaranteeing UKAD approximately $1 billion in manufacturing business through to 2020.
