Stéphanie Constand is responsible for managing the Group’s treasury and liquidity, structuring and monitoring its financing arrangements, and managing relationships with the Group’s financial partners. Her appointment completes the Finance team as it works to implement over the course of the year a key financing plan announced in February 2026.

With more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, Stéphanie Constand has built her career around investor relations, financing and treasury within major international groups.

A graduate of ESSEC Business School, where she specialised in financial management, she began her career in Investor Relations. She held various positions at industrial group Mersen before joining Publicis Groupe and subsequently Ingenico Group, where she served as Vice President, Investor Relations.

She then joined Fnac Darty, where she broadened her responsibilities to include financing before taking over as Head of Group Financing and Treasury. More recently, she supported Petit Bateau on the financial operations related to its separation from its parent company as part of the divestment process and its repositioning.

Stéphanie’s career has given her a strong understanding of treasury and financing issues, developed within major international groups. Her experience will enable her to support Eramet through its next stages and strengthen our financial management. She will contribute to supporting our priorities and implementing a component of the financing plan announced a few months ago. We are very pleased to welcome her to the Group.
