Our Commitment to Transparency
At Eramet, transparency is a fundamental principle that guides our governance and daily operations. It is embedded at the heart of our CSR roadmap “Act for Positive Mining” (Commitment No. 10) and reflects our determination to act responsibly in close collaboration with all our stakeholders: investors, partners, employees, local communities, and civil society organizations.
We view transparency as a key lever to foster trust, promote a better understanding of our activities, and support the sustainable development of the regions in which we operate.
Our Support for the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative
Since 2011, Eramet has been a voluntary member of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI), an international standard promoting transparency and accountability in the extractive sector. EITI is a multi-stakeholder organization that includes implementing and supporting governments, companies, and civil society organizations. We fully endorse the EITI principles and incorporate its requirements into our reporting practices.
Our Annual Group Financial Transparency Report
Each year, Eramet publishes a financial transparency report for the Group, in accordance with European Directive 2013/34/EU. This report details the payments made to governments in the countries where we operate, including income taxes, dividends paid, bonuses and royalties, contributions to public investment funds, and other payments.

Contract Transparency
We support governments’ efforts to publicly disclose contracts and licenses that govern the exploration and exploitation of oil, gas and minerals.
If a State would like to make its contracts publicly available and if the legal and commercial obstacles to such disclosure are removed, the Eramet Group has no objection to the principle of publishing its mining contracts.
Transparency of Beneficial Ownership
In line with our commitment to the EITI, we support the disclosure of ultimate beneficial ownership of mining companies.
Information on the shareholding structure of the Eramet Group and its subsidiaries is detailed in our Universal Registration Document, available in the Annual Reports page of the Investors section.
