Denis

Hydrometallurgy Engineer-Manager, France-Argentina

In my job, you have to constantly challenge yourself to find more efficient and environmentally friendly processes. At Eramet, I get the opportunity to develop my skills working on one of the Group's flagship projects in Argentina. I spend several weeks at a time on-site helping the teams prepare for the start-up of the plant, after which I return to my office at the Group's R&D and innovation center near Paris.

Harris

Process Engineer, New Caledonia

I've already had a long career with Eramet: I started as a trainee in one of the Group's entities in China, before becoming head of a pilot plant in Gabon and finally moving to our ferronickel production plant in New Caledonia. The mobility I have benefited from within the Group has made better equipped to adapt to the demands of the industry and the challenges that lie head ahead.

Engineer-Geologist, Cameroon

I work in Cameroon as part of the titanium exploration team. Despite the fact that most of my colleagues are men, I feel totally at ease and part of the team. I am really happy with my assignments, which involve working both with local teams as well as with support teams in Paris. As a consequence of working on key Group projects, I feel that I am making a real difference, and I am proud of the trust that has been placed in me.
