Our interns and work-study students are indeed happy! For the fourth year running, Eramet has been awarded HappyIndex®Trainees 2025 certification for its World, France, Gabon and Senegal perimeters. The Indonesia perimeter has also been certified for the first time; and the France perimeter received the specific HappyIndex®Trainees Work-Study 2025 certification.

This satisfaction survey is carried out every year among the Group’s interns and work-study students by the recruitment company ChooseMyCompany, which has been promoting good relations in the workplace since 2008.
