  • Corrective Actions: Audits identify non-compliant content, and a correction schedule is established to improve the user experience.

4. Action Plans and Monitoring

  • Annual Action Plan: An action plan is defined each year to ensure continuous improvement of services.
  • Progress Monitoring: An annual review is conducted to assess the state of accessibility and define priorities for the following year.
