Les femmes repr\u00e9sentent aujourd\u2019hui 19% de l\u2019effectif total<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><\/a>, et 28,1% des effectifs cadres. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Des\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eramet.com\/en\/act-for-positive-mining\/\"><strong>actions sont mises en \u0153uvre au niveau du Groupe<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0mais aussi localement pour promouvoir nos m\u00e9tiers aupr\u00e8s des femmes et les dispositions pr\u00e9vues dans les accords collectifs \u00c9galit\u00e9 Femmes\/Hommes sign\u00e9s sur de nombreux sites m\u00e9tropolitains.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En mai 2018, le Gouvernement fran\u00e7ais a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un plan d\u2019actions global pour lutter contre les violences sexistes et sexuelles et en finir avec les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s salariales entre les femmes et les hommes. Les mesures l\u00e9gislatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9es dans la Loi pour la libert\u00e9 de choisir son avenir professionnel, promulgu\u00e9e le 5 septembre 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cadre, un index de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place par le Gouvernement comprenant 4 \u00e0 5 indicateurs selon que l\u2019entreprise fait moins ou plus de 250 salari\u00e9s donnant une note sur 100. Il doit \u00eatre publi\u00e9 annuellement.<\/p>\n<p>Les indicateurs sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Indicateur 1<\/strong> : L\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration femmes-hommes,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indicateur 2<\/strong>: L\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9partition des augmentations individuelles,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indicateur 3 :<\/strong>L\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9partition des promotions (uniquement dans les entreprises de plus de 250 salari\u00e9s),<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indicateur 4 :<\/strong>Le nombre de salari\u00e9es augment\u00e9es \u00e0 leur retour de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indicateur 5 :<\/strong>La parit\u00e9 parmi les 10 plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color:
