Cette nouvelle organisation s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 des transformations que nous avons engag\u00e9es ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. La RSE est en effet au c\u0153ur de notre mod\u00e8le strat\u00e9gique et positionne Eramet comme une entreprise citoyenne, engag\u00e9e et contributive. Cela ne donne pas seulement du sens \u00e0 nos missions ; nous souhaitons en faire un argument comp\u00e9titif, quand aujourd\u2019hui, partout dans le monde, que ce soient les consommateurs ou nos clients, les consciences r\u00e9clament des cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement d\u00e9carbon\u00e9es et responsables : nous souhaitons \u00eatre une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour notre secteur.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Une nouvelle organisation est \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre pour r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux de d\u00e9veloppement durable du Groupe, en particulier dans ses activit\u00e9s mini\u00e8res. En t\u00e9moigne son nouvel organigramme :<\/p>\n

Virginie de Chassey<\/strong> a rejoint le Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif d\u2019Eramet en 2018. Elle remanie les fonctions cl\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la RSE et dirige d\u00e9sormais une nouvelle entit\u00e9 comportant quatre p\u00f4les de comp\u00e9tence.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Marie-Axelle Gautier<\/strong> prend la t\u00eate d\u2019une nouvelle Direction de l\u2019Impact Soci\u00e9tal et des Droits Humains<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Auparavant directrice des Affaires Publiques depuis 2018, Marie-Axelle a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 les relations institutionnelles du Groupe et la politique Droits Humains, et coordonn\u00e9 les strat\u00e9gies de relations communautaires locales. En 2020, avec la mise en place soutenue par Eramet de l\u2019Alliance Europ\u00e9enne des Mati\u00e8res Premi\u00e8res, la signature du fonds RSE au Gabon<\/a>, le pilotage des d\u00e9penses associ\u00e9es au plan de solidarit\u00e9 COVID 19, elle a fortement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 renforcer notre positionnement d\u2019entreprise citoyenne, engag\u00e9e et contributive.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Pierre-Alain Gautier<\/strong> est nomm\u00e9 directeur d\u2019une nouvelle entit\u00e9, la Direction Corporate Affairs & Partenariats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment Directeur de la Strat\u00e9gie du groupe, Pierre-Alain a contribu\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement de nos op\u00e9rations et \u00e0 la structuration de partenariats, comme avec BASF en 2020. Son \u00e9quipe vise \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger et d\u00e9velopper nos activit\u00e9s, en valorisant l\u2019impact de nos op\u00e9rations pour nos parties prenantes, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 syst\u00e9matiser le montage de partenariats et la recherche de subventions, en particulier sur les enjeux de transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Dans ce cadre, Pierre-Alain est responsable de la taskforce Batteries de l’Alliance Europ\u00e9enne des Mati\u00e8res Premi\u00e8res, initiative de la Commission europ\u00e9enne pour s\u00e9curiser l’acc\u00e8s aux m\u00e9taux critiques et strat\u00e9giques de l’industrie europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Samuel Dufay<\/strong> devient Directeur de l\u2019environnement et de la performance ESG<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

En tant que Directeur Environnement, Risques Industriels et Produits, Samuel a permis, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son expertise et \u00e0 sa connaissance des r\u00e9alisations et plans de progr\u00e8s, la nette am\u00e9lioration des notations extra-financi\u00e8res du Groupe ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Avec ses \u00e9quipes, il m\u00e8ne les chantiers n\u00e9cessaires aux permis environnementaux de nos exploitations et financements des bailleurs, type IFC, dont la demande en performance ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) ne cesse de s\u2019accentuer.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
