En el Grupo, la inclusi\u00f3n de las mujeres no es un s\u00edmbolo: es una decisi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica. Esto implica ofrecer las mismas oportunidades de contrataci\u00f3n y desarrollo, y crear entornos de trabajo donde todas y todos puedan expresarse, crecer y tener \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<h2>Inclusi\u00f3n y liderazgo femenino: iniciativas concretas en Eramet<\/h2>\n<p>Como primer punto de contacto con futuros talentos, el reclutamiento constituye una palanca clave de inclusi\u00f3n: se ha llevado a cabo un trabajo profundo para garantizar pr\u00e1cticas ejemplares, y 65 reclutadores ya han sido capacitados en selecci\u00f3n sin discriminaci\u00f3n para reducir sus sesgos.<\/p>\n<p>El acompa\u00f1amiento de las trayectorias profesionales de las mujeres tambi\u00e9n representa un eje central de nuestra hoja de ruta de Diversidad e Inclusi\u00f3n del Grupo. Se han implementado evaluaciones espec\u00edficas, as\u00ed como programas de coaching y mentor\u00eda para fomentar el desarrollo del liderazgo femenino. En esta misma l\u00ednea, la maternidad debe ser plenamente considerada en la evoluci\u00f3n profesional: gracias al acuerdo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eramet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2024-06-05-Eramet-CP-Eramet-Global-Care-FR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eramet Global Care<\/a>, todas nuestras empleadas cuentan con 16 semanas de licencia por maternidad, independientemente del pa\u00eds en el que trabajen.<\/p>\n<p>Para mejorar las condiciones laborales de las mujeres en nuestros sitios, invertimos en infraestructura adaptada: creaci\u00f3n de salas de lactancia en Salta (Argentina) y Yakarta (Indonesia); mejora de los alojamientos en el campamento base de Diogo (Senegal); renovaci\u00f3n de instalaciones sanitarias en Gab\u00f3n\u2026 Todas estas iniciativas contribuyen a generar entornos de trabajo m\u00e1s inclusivos.<\/p>\n<p>La lucha contra todas las formas de discriminaci\u00f3n sigue siendo el eje central de nuestro enfoque. La sensibilizaci\u00f3n interna cumple un rol clave para consolidar una cultura de respeto. Una amplia campa\u00f1a contra los comportamientos inapropiados, lanzada en junio de 2025 y extendida a 2026, busca transformar de manera duradera las mentalidades abordando temas concretos como el sexismo, la discriminaci\u00f3n por edad o por apariencia f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, 1.300 colaboradores ya han sido capacitados en igualdad laboral, prevenci\u00f3n de la violencia sexista y sexual, as\u00ed como en la comprensi\u00f3n del impacto del ciclo femenino en la vida laboral. Estas instancias permiten derribar estereotipos, fortalecer conocimientos y fomentar comportamientos m\u00e1s responsables.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, para garantizar un entorno laboral seguro y respetuoso, contamos con una red de referentes formados en temas de diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como en la prevenci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del acoso, para acompa\u00f1ar a los equipos en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Su acci\u00f3n se ve reforzada por la de los embajadores de la red WoMen@Eramet, quienes promueven la inclusi\u00f3n y apoyan a los colaboradores y colaboradoras en el terreno.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n actuamos m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de nuestros sitios para fortalecer la autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica de las mujeres, mediante programas internacionales de mentor\u00eda como el desarrollado por International Women in Mining, as\u00ed como a trav\u00e9s de alianzas con comunidades locales, especialmente mediante el programa Mujeres del Futuro apoyado por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eramet.com\/es\/act-for-positive-mining\/eramet-beyond-apoyar-la-diversificacion-economica-local\/\">Eramet Beyond<\/a>. profesional<\/h2>\n<p>Brindar acompa\u00f1amiento personalizado a las colaboradoras para fortalecer sus competencias de liderazgo, aumentar su visibilidad y fomentar los intercambios interculturales: este es el objetivo de los programas de mentor\u00eda desarrollados o apoyados por Eramet.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El programa Twin Mentoring, impulsado por WoMen@Eramet, la red interna mixta de la empresa, propone duplas de entre 6 y 12 meses entre mentoreadas y mentores de distintas entidades del Grupo.<\/li>\n<li>El International Women in Resources Mentoring Programme, liderado por International Women in Mining \u2014del cual Eramet es socio desde 2023\u2014, conecta a las participantes con mentores experimentados provenientes de empresas miembro de IWIM en todo el mundo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del desarrollo de competencias, la mentor\u00eda genera resultados concretos: una mejor transici\u00f3n a nuevos roles, una movilidad interna m\u00e1s \u00e1gil gracias a una mayor visibilidad, liderazgo fortalecido y mejor capacidad de priorizaci\u00f3n.
