Las mujeres representan hoy en d\u00eda el 19% de la plantilla total y el 28,1% de los empleados en puestos de direcci\u00f3n. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Se <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eramet.com\/es\/act-for-positive-mining\/\">est\u00e1n implementando acciones a nivel del Grupo<\/a>, pero tambi\u00e9n localmente, para promover nuestras profesiones entre las mujeres y las disposiciones previstas en los acuerdos colectivos de Igualdad Mujeres\/Hombres firmados en numerosos sitios metropolitanos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En mayo de 2018, el Gobierno franc\u00e9s present\u00f3 un plan de acci\u00f3n integral para combatir la violencia sexista y sexual y acabar con las desigualdades salariales entre mujeres y hombres. Las medidas legislativas se adoptaron en la Ley de Libertad de Elecci\u00f3n del Futuro Profesional, promulgada el 5 de septiembre de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de ello, el Gobierno ha introducido un \u00edndice de igualdad profesional compuesto por 4 o 5 indicadores, dependiendo de si la empresa tiene menos o m\u00e1s de 250 empleados, que da una puntuaci\u00f3n sobre 100. Debe publicarse anualmente.<\/p>\n<p>Los indicadores son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Indicador 1<\/strong>: Diferencia salarial entre hombres y mujeres,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indicador 2<\/strong>: Diferencia en la distribuci\u00f3n de los aumentos individuales,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indicador 3: <\/strong>Diferencia en la distribuci\u00f3n de las promociones (s\u00f3lo en empresas de m\u00e1s de 250 empleados),<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indicador 4<\/strong>: N\u00famero de empleadas que reciben un aumento salarial cuando se reincorporan tras la baja por maternidad,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indicador 5<\/strong>: Paridad de g\u00e9nero entre las 10 personas con mayores ingresos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El periodo de referencia elegido por Eramet para este seguimiento es el a\u00f1o natural: del 1<sup>er\u00a0<\/sup> de enero al 31 de diciembre del a\u00f1o anterior a la publicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Resultados del \u00edndice de empresas con m\u00e1s de
