Esta decisi\u00f3n marca la separaci\u00f3n de las funciones de Presidente del Consejo y Consejero Delegado.<\/p>\n<p>Este cambio se produce tras el anuncio realizado el 21 de enero por Christel Bories, entonces Presidenta y Consejera Delegada, de su intenci\u00f3n de seguir ejerciendo como Presidenta al tiempo que abandonaba sus funciones ejecutivas al final de su actual mandato. El Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n renov\u00f3 su mandato como Presidenta por un periodo de cuatro a\u00f1os, reconociendo su compromiso y liderazgo en la transformaci\u00f3n del Grupo desde 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Paulo Castellari, que sucede a Christel Bories como Director General, aporta m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de s\u00f3lida experiencia en el sector de la miner\u00eda y los metales, adquirida en el seno de grupos internacionales de Am\u00e9rica, Europa y \u00c1frica.
