of social dialogue and employee protection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eramet Global Care<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eramet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2024-06-05-Eramet-PR-Eramet-Global-Care-EN.pdf\">an agreement signed at the 2nd Eramet Global Forum<\/a> plenary session by Eramet management and employee representatives, establishes <strong>a common base of social protection worldwide for all Eramet employees<\/strong> in the 13 countries where the Group operates.<\/p>\n<p
