At the end of June, Eramet Beyond reached a significant milestone in Indonesia with the conclusion of two programs conducted in partnership with local stakeholders: Eramet Beyond<\/strong> Scholarship<\/strong>, dedicated to supporting students from the eastern part of the country, and LAKSMI<\/strong>, the Indonesian version of the program Women for Future<\/strong>, which supports women entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n Two initiatives aimed at different audiences, but reflecting the same conviction: investing in pathways means contributing sustainably to the development of territories.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> On June 29 and 30, the 41 scholarship<\/strong> students from the first cohort of Eramet Beyond Scholarship<\/strong> gathered in Jakarta to conclude two years of support. Beyond financial assistance, the program offered them 46 training sessions<\/strong> in leadership, project management, digital skills, finance, and English.<\/p>\n The results reflect this dynamic: 70 %<\/strong> of the students improved by at least one level in English and 73 %<\/strong> strengthened their project management skills. Beyond academic achievements, nearly one in two students<\/strong> is now involved in community or association initiatives.<\/p>\n The closing ceremony was an opportunity to reflect on these journeys and engage with several professionals. J\u00e9r\u00f4me Baudelet, CEO of Eramet Indonesia, notably shared his leadership experience, before nine students were recognized for their commitment and contributions within their community.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> A few days earlier, Eramet Beyond also celebrated the first cohort of LAKSMI in Jakarta, developed with the YCAB foundation, which benefited 468 women entrepreneurs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Among them, a hundred women subsequently benefited from a mentorship program and received a grant to accelerate the development of their business, awarded based on their revenue growth, the quality of their entrepreneurial project, and their engagement in the program.<\/p>\n The initial results are encouraging for the mentored entrepreneurs: depending on their business profiles, their revenue increased by 100% to 170%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div> The program concluded with a Demo Day, organized on the occasion of the International Day of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The 20 most advanced entrepreneurs<\/strong> presented their projects to a jury after several months of mentorship and preparation.
