As every year, Eramet was assessed by the\u00a0Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP)<\/strong>, a leading organization in evaluating companies\u2019 environmental impact.<\/p>\n

Following the 2025 assessment, Eramet achieved the following scores:<\/p>\n

  • A- for water security<\/strong>, a significant improvement compared to the\u00a0B rating obtained in 2024<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • A- for climate change<\/strong>, a performance\u00a0stable compared to 2024<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    These results demonstrate the Group\u2019s ability to turn commitments into concrete actions, in line with its\u00a0Act for Positive Mining<\/em>\u00a0roadmap deployed across all its countries of operation.<\/p>\n

    This recognition places Eramet among the most advanced companies in terms of environmental transparency, within a panel of nearly\u00a020,000 companies assessed worldwide in 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    This recognition highlights the consistency of Eramet\u2019s approach to environmental performance as well as the progress of our climate and water-related commitments. As expectations for clear information disclosure continue to grow, data transparency remains a key lever to accelerate action and manage risks for responsible mining and metallurgical activities.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    At Eramet, Major Progress in Sustainable Water Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The significant improvement in the water-related rating reflects in-depth work carried out in recent years across all the Group\u2019s sites:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Strengthening data reliability<\/strong>, with a notable improvement in quality and accuracy.<\/li>\n
    • Development of water balances for all sites<\/strong>, providing a global and coherent view of consumption and resource dependencies.<\/li>\n
    • Progressive alignment of water management plans<\/strong>\u00a0with major international standards, including the IRMA standard and ICMM guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      This approach helps anticipate water-related risks, optimize usage, and fully integrate these issues into daily operational practices.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

      CDP: a global benchmark for environmental transparency<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      The\u00a0CDP\u00a0<\/strong>is an international non-profit organization that manages\u00a0the world\u2019s leading independent system for environmental information disclosure<\/strong>. Each year, it collects and analyzes environmental data provided by companies on a voluntary basis or at the request of financial institutions.<\/p>\n

      CDP scores have become\u00a0a key tool for investors<\/strong>. In 2025, more than\u00a0640 financial institutions<\/strong>\u00a0(institutional investors, asset management companies, banks, and insurers) requested data through CDP.<\/p>\n

      The rating is based on\u00a0a progressive scale from D- to A<\/strong>, organized into four levels:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Disclosure (D \/ D-):<\/strong>\u00a0basic transparency on environmental data.<\/li>\n
      • Awareness (C \/ C-):<\/strong>\u00a0understanding of issues, impacts, and environmental risks.<\/li>\n
      • Management (B \/ B-)<\/strong>: implementation of policies, objectives, and structured action plans.<\/li>\n
      • Leadership (A- \/ A):<\/strong>\u00a0adoption of advanced best practices and demonstration of environmental leadership.
