The members of the Eramet Global Forum met in Paris on Wednesday, November 15, in the presence of members of the Eramet Executive Committee, for the first plenary meeting of this worldwide forum.<\/p>\n

Created in June 2023, the Eramet Global Forum brings together for the first time Eramet management and employee representatives from the main countries where the Group operates.<\/p>\n

A genuine innovation in terms of social dialogue, this initiative is the fruit of the Group\u2019s recent transformation, with its refocusing in 2022 on its core business: mining and metallurgy. This change in business model has significantly altered Eramet\u2019s geographical footprint, with over 80% of its workforce now located outside Europe. Eramet is the first mining company in the world to set up such a body.<\/p>\n

Its mission is twofold: firstly, to develop and maintain an open and respectful social dialogue, to discuss strategy, major projects, CSR and employee development, and to give employees a voice on issues that are key to Eramet\u2019s future.<\/p>\n

Secondly, to negotiate agreements applicable to all employees, on a variety of themes such as social protection, well-being and quality of life at work, diversity and inclusion, and parenthood, to complement local initiatives. The first negotiations are scheduled for 2024.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Forum participants expressed their pride in taking part in this first session of the Eramet Global Forum, which represents a strong symbol of equity between all Eramet countries and teams.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
