The Group’s interns and work-study students took part in an annual satisfaction survey conducted by ChooseMyCompany. Their feedback enabled Eramet to renew its HappyIndex\u00aeTrainees certification.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the third year running, Eramet has been awarded HappyIndex\u00aeTrainees 2024 <\/strong>certification for the World, France, Gabon and Senegal perimeters; and HappyIndex\u00aeTrainees Alternance 2024 <\/strong>certification for the Gabon perimeter.<\/p>\n

These results are based on a satisfaction survey carried out by the ChooseMyCompany recruitment company among Group interns and work-study students.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The Group’s strong points identified by respondents are: its corporate purpose, the relationship with the tutor, and opportunities for professional advancement (assignments, autonomy, acquisition of skills, responsibilities).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
