My task is to anticipate changes in the manganese market to enable the sales department to take the right decisions about the direction of sales. I have to look ahead to the coming months as well as five and even ten years down the line.

Working in a constantly changing market is exciting and rewarding, especially as the group is constantly seeking to develop.
