Expert teams organised by project
In addition to support services (Administration-Finance, HR, etc.), ERAMET Ingénierie is organised around two departments:
- the Projects department, which brings together engineers and project managers with a general technical background;
- the Technical department, comprised of technical engineers specialising in processes (mineralurgy, hydrometallurgy), pyrometallurgy and ore & bulk handling, electricity, automation or general engineering.
Teams made up of members from both departments are formed for each project, with the Projects department coordinating and steering the Technical department’s contributions.
80% of team members are engineers and managers, most of whom have significant experience, with a wide range of backgrounds and average age 45.
