Eramet Ingénierie’s teams are made up of engineers, project managers and specialised technicians. Their wide-ranging know-how and diverse backgrounds are a huge asset for the company.
Expert teams organised by project
In addition to support services (Administration-Finance, HR, etc.), Eramet Ingénierie is organised around two departments:
- the Projects department, which brings together engineers and project managers with a general technical background;
- the Technical department, comprised of technical engineers specialising in processes (mineralurgy, hydrometallurgy), pyrometallurgy and ore & bulk handling, electricity, automation or general engineering.
Teams made up of members from both departments are formed for each project, with the Projects department coordinating and steering the Technical department’s contributions.
80% of team members are engineers and managers, most of whom have significant experience, with a wide range of backgrounds and average age 45.
A wide range of profiles and expertise supporting projects’ success and quality
Eramet Ingénierie brings together coworkers with varying sets of experience. It enables experienced profiles to take on new, motivating challenges for the second part of their career. Graduates and “junior” profiles benefit from the opportunity to broaden their field of knowledge thanks to the knowledge passed on by more experienced team members.
The combination of talent with a wide range of professions, know-how and career paths is a huge asset for Eramet Ingénierie. It guarantees the quality and performance of the industrial facilities it designs and builds. The main mining and metallurgy professions are represented and on-site experience is valued as it ensures a firm grasp of operating realities. A large share of Eramet Ingénierie’s employees have already had jobs in plants, in mines, with an equipment supplier or at another engineering company. They’re ready to rally round medium and long-term missions whenever projects require it.
