At the dawn of the year 2000, the ERAMET Group went through major operations in terms of organization and capital structuring. Since then it has opted to organise its activities around three Divisions - Nickel, Manganese and Alloys - to which most of its promising metal processing subsidiaries belong.

ERAMINE SUDAMERICA is a wholly-owned ERAMET subsidiary, created in June 2010.
Sandouville-Le Havre refinery
The Sandouville-Le Havre refinery has been part of the ERAMET Group’s Nickel division since 1978, when its hydrometallurgical plant was launched.
TiZir
TiZir is a 50/50 joint venture, founded in 2011 by ERAMET and the Australian company Mineral Deposits. It includes the Tyssedal, Norway, plant, which entered the Group with the acquisition of Tinfos in 2008, and the Grande Côte project in Senegal, in which the Senegalese state holds a 10% stake.
