To simplify the integration of new employees, Eramet has rolled out an Onboarding module.
Eramet’s new hires will now discover, even before taking office, their working environment, content presenting the Groupe, and get to know their future managers and their teams.
The Onboarding solution set up by Eramet with the help of the company Arago Consulting is also intended to be practical: for example, it allows the future employee to indicate his personal measurements in order to ensure that the necessary protective clothing is ordered for jobs that require visits on mining and industrial sites.
Deployed since November 2018 in France, some fifty employees have been “onboarded” and the feedback is very positive. In the long term, the service will be rolled out across the Groupe.
